A Golf Fitness Program Will Improve Driving Distance

Golfers want distance! Line up 100 golfers and all of them will say they want to hit it longer. Are you in agreement with me? If you are, what is your current approach and is it giving you the yards you want off the tee? My guess would be it's not! If this is so, you MUST make a change! You need to re-evaluate your golf swing and what its weaknesses are and focus on them to achieve your goal of longer golf drives.

Let me ask you another question.

Do you think there is a "physical" component to your golf swing? What I mean is...do you think your muscular strength and flexibility have a role in how long you hit your drives? If you are a betting man you would say YES. The golf swing is no different than any other athletic movement. It requires BOTH strength and flexibility specific to the mechanics of your golf swing.

If this is true...I'm sure your next concern is how much "work" you need to do to achieve this "physical" improvement in your golf swing. You see...everyone views fitness as work, as opposed to the end-result which is LONGER DRIVES!

Don't you think if it were easy every golfer would be fit and booming their drives?

Well...we know the answer to that question don't we.

I'm here to tell you it's EASIER than you think! You don't have to belong to a gym, nor do you need to spend hours a day working out. I'm sure you've been there and done that anyways right? How'd it turn out for ya? Not good right?

How about if I told you, you could do it right in your home, in 15 minutes... and you'll have FUN doing it?

That's the kind of golf fitness program I'm talking about!

Simple golf exercises and golf stretches that don't wipe you out and send you to the couch for the rest of the day. In fact... I know hundreds of golfers who do this golf fitness plan and HIT BALLS afterwards! Yes... you heard that right! They do the program and feel so good they head down to the range to hit balls.

Am I peaking your curiousity yet?

If you want to end the massive frustration you have when you walk off the course, you must take immediate ACTION! If you put this off... forget it! You're only fooling yourself.
